Your tasks
- Independent handling of air freight shipments for export and/or import
- Preparation of air freight documents (AWB, HAWB, MAWB)
- Customs clearance and communication with authorities
- Coordination with airlines, handling agents and international partners
- Shipment tracking, deadline monitoring, quotations and freight rates
- Customer support and complaint management
Your profile
- Completed training as a forwarding and logistics services clerk or similar
- Professional experience in air freight export or import
- Knowledge of customs law an advantage · confident use of forwarding software
- Good German and English
- Structured, independent way of working, team spirit
