A.S.A. Airlines Service Agency GmbH is committed to making its website accessible. The basis for this is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at conformance level AA and the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG).

This website is largely compliant with WCAG 2.2 level AA. “Largely compliant” means that some content may not yet fully meet the requirements.

Measures implemented

• Skip link to the main content at the top of every page
• Full keyboard operability with a clearly visible focus indicator
• Meaningful alternative text for informative images
• Clear heading hierarchy with exactly one H1 per page
• Form fields with associated labels and clear error messages
• Colour contrast of at least 4.5:1 for body text
• Correct language markup for German and English pages
• Support for the “reduce motion” system setting
• Responsive layout up to 200% zoom without loss of function

Non-accessible content

• Image film: The embedded video currently has neither subtitles nor audio description. The film is not required in order to use the website; all essential information is available in text form. Subtitling is planned.
• PDF documents: Individual PDF files provided may not be fully accessible. On request we will provide the content in an accessible format.
