Special qualifications and expertise are needed to ensure that x-ray devices and ionising radiation are used carefully and properly.
As a security specialist we provide specialised radiation safety officers throughout Germany who ensure that all directives and precautions for handling radioactive substances or ionising radiation are duly observed pursuant to §§ 31 to 33 Radiation Protection Ordinance (StrlSchV) and §§ 13 to 15 X-Ray Ordinance (RöV).
The competences of our radiation safety officers also include planning and defining radiation safety measures, function checks of devices intended for radiation safety, regularly inspecting the effectivity of protective equipment and regulations, as well as training and instructing persons working in areas with radiation safety relevance.
